Bremen Race Park set to host 5th Annual www.vurbmoto.com Pro Am Classic Saturday
and Sunday October 11, 12

Bremen Race Park is excited to bring in the best in Motocross for 2 days of
great racing under the lights and the sun! We have tons of things going on for
the kids and the adults so take a look below and find something that makes you
smile!

Just a note we have COMPLETELY redesigned and reversed Bremen Race Park. Every
turn, every jump, everything has been worked so come see the fun, safe and great
new race track we have for you!

Thursday Night Practice is ON!!!! The first chance to ride the new track will
be under the lights on Thursday night so come on and check out the new Bremen
Race Park!!

Friday we will be open all day so bring trailers and drop them at your leisure
we are always here.

Hookups are completely rented out for this event. If you have been contacted
please pay at the gate, we will mark you off the list

Pitbikes are welcome; we have a pitbike track so wear it out. Pitbike stickers
are $15 for the weekend and that entitles you to ride the pitbike track all
weekend.


Saturday

9am -2pm
Motocross Practice on the newly redesigned and reversed National Track from 9am
till 2pm. You don't have to race to practice; you can show up, pay your
practice fees and try the new track out.

2:30pm - 5:30pm
Cycle Nation Kids Carnival. We have lots of activities for the kids so bring
the little ones out and let them jump in the bounce house, play the games and
wear themselves out! It's totally free!!!

5pm
Registration for the Moto Madness SX will begin at 5pm, practice at 6pm and
racing at 7pm. This event will be stacked with great riders from all over the
south and will feature Yamaha, Suzuki, and Honda Factory Contingency.

Mini Quads will also have their day under in the sun as we've got a $2,000 Mini
Quad Purse so that should bring out some great racing and show some love for a
class often looked over.

Twinkie Showdown. Big Phil vs. Big Hungry vs 2 unnamed contestants. That's
right we'll have 4 guys going for the gold in the Twinkie Showdown as we see who
can slam the most Twinkies.this will happen during intermission.

Roost MX Mini Mayhem: Our good friends at Roost MX have always hosted great
Pitbike races and this year will be no different as we fix up the pitbike track
and go racing during intermission. Big guys on little bikes.fun fun.

Sunday
The 5th annual www.vurbmoto.com Pro AM Classic goes down in a big with way with
sign up at 7am, riders meeting at 8am and practice immediately after. Watch out
for big names like Factory Connection rider Justin Barcia, Lorettas Champ Les
Smith and Jase Lewis, KTM Junior Pilot Derek Rogers, and Monster Energy
Kawasaki's Adam Cincaurilo along with tons of other fast Amateurs and Pros
alike. Pros race at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm so don't miss those guys and get
on that fence to see the next Ricky Carmicahael in young A/C. Sunday will
feature factory contingency from Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, and Kawasaki.

Total Contingency available for this event alone will be in excess of $55,000
from the OEM's and Purse money!!!

Pitbike stickers are $15

Gate fees are $25 for the weekend

This is also a combined round of the SCCS and B.I.G. series so watch the best of
the best go head to head as both series collide at Bremen Race Park.

We will have holeshot awards from Roost MX on Saturday and Big Air Graphics on
Sunday.

Supersports Schedule for Racing and Practice:

Practice:
Bremen and Calhoun are open on the weekends but we will resume our night schedule in early March at both track, check the message boards for updated information.

Where are we located?

Maxxis Bremen Race Park is located 40 minutes west of Atlanta off of Interstate 20. You can mapquest us by plugging in the following address: 372 Reid Rd, Bremen GA 30110 or by calling us at 770.537.0219, we also have directions here on the site....look up.

Where to stay:

Microtel is the official Hotel destination for all Bremen Motocross events.  It's a brand new hotel, they offer free wireless, killer rooms, and they offer racer discounts.  Call 1.800.771.7171 or visit them online at www.microtelinn.com

Where to eat:

Maxxis Bremen Race Park has a great concession stand but if your tastes carry you outside of the track then we suggest Bilbos. Bilbos is located off of HWY 78 on the right side about 4 miles west of the track. Great menu and is our choice for the best home cooked meal you’ll get in the area. Cracker Barrel is another great choice and is located close to the Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn hotels.

Where to get parts:

Core MX is located on site at Maxxis Bremen Race Park. If you have any OEM or aftermarket parts needs let us help you out. Get anything you need shipped directly to the track. Give us a ring at 770.537.0219.

What kind of tire do we recommend?

Any soft or intermediat e(Maxxis SI) soft tire will do the trick. Our soil is very loamy and we have lots of sawdust to keep the dust down.

Wireless internet:

We have wireless internet available at CORE MX. Bring the laptop and get some work done or play around on your MySpace.Basic

Rules for the weekend:

Pit bike passes required for any bike or vehicle you aren’t racing. You are responsible for your pit crew. Lights out at 10pm! No riding of any vehicles after 10pm. Helmets must be worn by all riders on bikes, 4-wheelers, and pit bikes. No fighting is allowed, you will be asked to leave if you are involved in any altercation on or off the track. No spectators allowed on the track...period!

Night Practice Begins this Thursday night March 1st at 6pm.

Cost is $20 per rider and we prep the track and turn the lights on for you and your buddies to rip it up.

General Practice Information for Bremen Race Park:

Maxxis Bremen Race Park is open for practice every day from 11am to 6pm.  We prep the track on the weekends and the cost is $20.  We will begin evening prepped practice in March.

Track Amenities:

RV Hook ups - We have 20 RV hook ups available so reserve yours now and enjoy water and power for your RV at all of our events, book ahead to avoid the spots being filled up.  Book your spot by emailing dirtman1@mindspring.com

Motorcycle Shop on site - Core MX is located on the grounds of Bremen Race Park and has everything in stock to keep you riding and racing from tires, handlebars to gear and boots Core MX has it all.  We also do service on all bikes so leave your bike with us and we'll have it ready for you the next time you come to ride Bremen Race Park.

Wi-Fi Internet - Internet connectivity is available at Core MX and is free of charge.

Freewheeling Cafe - Freewheeling Honda / Suzuki Sponsors our Cafe which is a 2,000 sq heated and cooled dinning area with pool table, video games, TV's, and seating for plenty.  We serve great food including breakfast and dinner.  Eat with us when you race with us.

Multiple tracks to ride and race - We have a beginner track that is open to riders just starting their young careers and is fully fenced in and easy to navigate with simple turns and a few jumps and is fully lit for evening riding.  Our SX track is rider friendly and is used during the summer for SX events and night practice.  Our Motocross track when configured includes the SX track and has lap times in the neighborhood of 2 1/2 minutes.  It's long, it's fun and it's safe while still challenging for all level of riders.  Our dirt is among the best around with over 15 years of sawdust being added weekly (we have 2 loads a week brought in) our dirt is loamy gold and on race day you'll go away smiling with a red faced grin!

Restrooms - We have plenty of clean restrooms and we keep them clean.  Our facilities are heated and cooled to make your experience as pleasurable as possible.

Staff - Our staff is as friendly as it gets.  We strive to better each event and it all starts with our great staff of friendly folks all working to make you happy.  From scoring to concession, all the way to clean up we have the best around.

Professionalism - The Kelly family have been promoting races in Georgia since the mid 70's and we know what it takes to keep you the rider happy.  We reinvest in our facility with new equipment, sprinkler systems, dinning areas, restrooms, internet, RV hook ups, and with the new shop it just gets better.  We are a motocross family just like you so we know how we want to be treated!

Calhoun Practice and Race Schedule

Calhoun Supersports Next Event:

Calhoun’s next race will be  SUNDAY December 9th, 2007 as part of the Frozen Winter MX Series. 

  Calhoun Supersports holds prepped practice under the lights every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM weather permitting.  Cost is $20.00 per rider and practice sessions are broken up into bike sizes (and skill levels if necessary).  As always, call before you haul, 706-629-4450 or check the forums for updated information.
