AMA Loretta Lynn's Area Qualifier May 8-10

Welcome to the 2009 Loretta Lynn’s Area Qualifier!
Bremen Race Park is proud to host the 2009 Southeast Loretta Lynn’s Qualifier. We have lots of information below and a schedule of events so read read read! This event is also a Ponca City Qualifier. Details on the Ponca City Qualifier can be obtained at the event.
Schedule of events and fees:
Thursday May 7th 6pm: Thursday night Practice! We will practice under the lights from 6pm to 10pm. Cost is $20 per rider. This is our night track which ties into our motocross track. It’s a great chance for out of towners to get their feet wet with our soil and to grab some extra track time. Sessions are organized and separated by bike size.
Friday May 8th: Prepped organized motocross practice 9am – 3pm. We will have the entire track open and staffed with flaggers and medical staff for practice. Cost is $20 per class that you wish to participate in. You will have multiple classes offered to practice in.
Early Sign Up: We will provide early sign up for both Saturday and Sunday’s events. We will offer this on Friday and Saturday.
Saturday May 9th: Stock classes will run on Saturday. Please refer to www.mxsports.com for information on Saturday classes. Registration begins at 6am, riders meeting at 7:30am, practice at 8am and racing will immediately follow the riders meeting.
Sunday May 10th: Modified classes and the SCCS classes will run on this day. For information on Sunday (modified) classes again please refer to www.mxsports.com . Same start times will be in place, riders meeting at 7:30am, practice at 8am, racing will immediately follow the riders meeting.
Can we drop our trailers off early?
Yes you certainly can. We always have someone at the property so get here early and grab a spot. We will have our front gate staffed 24hrs a day beginning Thursday night so you can arrive at your leisure.
Armbands:
Riders and spectators must have armbands and they must be on your arm. No exceptions. If you lose it you’ll have to buy another one.
Event Fees:
Gate fees are $10 per day. So if you come Friday it will be $30 for the weekend (Fri-Sun). Get here on Saturday and it’s $20 (Sat & Sun), only staying for Sunday then it’s just $10. Pit passes will be required for all vehicles. You must have a sticker on your golf cart, 4-wheeler, or pit bike. Pit bike passes are $15.
Race Fees:
Cost to race is $25 per class. Remember you have a $10 qualifying fee IF you are planning on racing Lorettas. Top 8 riders in each class will earn a spot at the Regional. It’s recommended that you send in your qualifying money and forms if you finish inside the top 12. Forms are available at the event.

Where are we located?
Maxxis Bremen Race Park is located 40 minutes west of Atlanta off of Interstate 20. You can mapquest us by plugging in the following address: 372 Reid Rd, Bremen GA 30110 or by calling us at 770.537.0219, we also have directions here on the site....look up.
Where to stay:
Quality Inn & Suites is the official Hotel destination for all Bremen Motocross events. It's a brand new hotel, they offer free wireless, killer rooms, and they offer racer discounts. Call 770-824-5105 or visit them online at www.choicehotels.com
Where to eat:
Pirelli Bremen Race Park has a great concession stand but if your tastes carry you outside of the track then we suggest Bilbos. Bilbos is located off of HWY 78 on the right side about 4 miles west of the track. Great menu and is our choice for the best home cooked meal you’ll get in the area. Cracker Barrel is another great choice and is located close to the Quality Inn & Suites.
Where to get parts:
Core MX is located on site at Maxxis Bremen Race Park. If you have any OEM or aftermarket parts needs let us help you out. Get anything you need shipped directly to the track. Give us a ring at 770.537.0219.
What kind of tire do we recommend?
Any soft or intermediate Pirelli soft tire will do the trick. Our soil is very loamy and we have lots of sawdust to keep the dust down.
Wireless internet:
We have wireless internet available at CORE MX. Bring the laptop and get some work done or play around on your MySpace.
Rules for the weekend:
Pit bike passes required for any bike or vehicle you aren’t racing. You are responsible for your pit crew. Lights out at 10pm! No riding of any vehicles after 10pm. Helmets must be worn by all riders on bikes, 4-wheelers, and pit bikes. No fighting is allowed, you will be asked to leave if you are involved in any altercation on or off the track. No spectators allowed on the track...period!
